NAKIISA si Senate President Francis “Chiz” Escudero sa mga kapwa senador sa pagbati at pagpuri Jesus is Lord Church at nanalangin sa tagumpay nito sa mga darating na taon sa pagdiriwang ng ika-46 na anibersaryo nito.
Si Escudero, sa kanyang sponsorship speech noong Miyerkules, Setyembre 25, 2024, sa Senate Resolution No. 1185, Congratulating and Commending the Jesus Is Lord (JIL) Church Worldwide on the Occasion of its 46th Founding Anniversary on October 12, 2024, ay sinabing ang dedikasyon at pangako ng mga miyembro ng JIL ay tunay na nagbibigay inspirasyon.
“The Senate stands as a secular institution where all faiths are welcomed and diverse perspectives embraced. Our respect for religious diversity is rooted in our tradition of free and open exchange of ideas,” sabi ng the Senate chief. “We thus have a deep and abiding respect for the Jesus is Lord Church, and their mission to ‘bring all people to the kingdom of the living God’,” dagdag pa niya.
