NARITO ang mga paglilinaw ng pamahalaang lokal ng Taguig kung bakit sa Taguig dapat magbayad ng buwis ang mga nasa Barangay Embo.

Business-friendly ang Taguig City. Madali at mabilis ang proseso. Mayroon din itong Special registration lanes for Embo business owners. Mahigpit na ipinagbabawal ang humingi at tumanggap ng lagay o pabor

Paano magrehistro ng negosyo sa Taguig City?

A. Kung may outstanding balance sa business tax, narito ang mga step kung paano ang gagawin.

STEP 1: Pumunta sa Business Permits and Licensing Office

Dalhin ang mga sumusunod na dokumento:

  1. Application Form
  2. Current Makati Business Permit
  3. Latest Official Receipt
  4. 2×2 Formal picture of the owner (Single Proprietor) or logo (Corporation)
  5. Location Sketch
  6. 3R picture of the exterior of the establishment

STEP 2: Assessment and payment

Ipakita ang mga dokumento sa cashier para malaman kung magkano ang babayaran. Bayaran ang outstanding business tax.

STEP 3: Release of business permit

Ipakita ang Official Receipt sa BPLO at hintayin ang Taguig business permit

B. Kung fully paid na ang business tax

STEP 1: Pumunta sa Business Permits and Licensing Office

Dalhin ang mga sumusunod na dokumento:

  1. Application Form
  2. Current Makati Business Permit
  3. Latest Official Receipt
  4. 2×2 Formal picture of the owner (Single Proprietor) or logo (Corporation)
  5. Location Sketch
  6. 3R picture of the exterior

C. Kung may bagong negosyo (New Business Application)

STEP 1: Pumunta sa Business Permits and Licensing Office

Dalhin ang mga sumusunod na dokumento:

  1. Application Form
  2. Location Sketch
  3. Photos printed on photo paper:

– 2×2 picture of owner (For Sole Proprietorship)

– 3R size photo of logo (For Corporations)

– 3R size picture of the front and exterior of the establishment

  1. Barangay Clearance
  2. DTI Certificate/ SEC Certificate (Articles and Bi-Laws) or CDA Registration
  3. Lease Agreement/Lease Contract or Affidavit of Consent from the Lessor (If leasing)/; Tax Declaration (If owned)
  4. Zoning Certificate and Locational Clearance from the City Planning and Development Office sa 9th Flr. SM Aura.
  5. Certificate of Occupancy/Undertaking from the Local Building Office sa 9th Flr. SM Aura.
  6. Fire Safety Inspection Certificate from the Bureau of Fire Protection sa 9th Flr. SM Aura.
  7. Receipt and Insurance Policy of Comprehensive General Liability

STEP 2: Assessment and payment

Ipakita ang mga dokumento sa cashier para malaman kung magkano ang babayaran. Bayaran ang business tax.

STEP 3: Release of business permit

Ipakita ang Official Receipt sa BPLO at hintayin ang Taguig business permit
